In this episode, I talk about what meditation and mindfulness is, how to get started and launch your own meditation practice.

I like to (tongue in cheek) call these first few episodes "Meditation For the Rest of Us". Many people are intimidated, feel they are too busy or feel like their minds wander too much.

You don't need to be a Buddhist monk to realize the many benefits of meditation and mindfulness, which we discuss. There are many simple ways you can get started!
